Annual Fire Suppression Main Drain Testing | 6/13/2025
Please be advised:
Annual Fire Suppression Main Drain Testing will be conducted on and on Monday, June 16th from 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. During this time, Fire pumps will be activated.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we perform this essential maintenance.
Block Wall Repairs in the Cross Spine | 6/12/25
Please be advised effective Thursday, June 12th, at 6:00 AM, maintenance crews will begin necessary block wall repairs in the Cross Spine. The area will be noisy due to power tools, and you may encounter flying dust and debris. This work will be concentrated in the vicinity of Buildings 9022 and 9032. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain our facilities.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that Occupants:
• Avoid using the interior of the Cross Spine where the repairs are in progress.
• Be aware of your surroundings and follow safety protocols.
• Traffic control will be implemented to guide you.
• Do not enter restricted zones.
Window Washing | 5/20/25
Please be advised that window washing will occur on the exterior of buildings
9020, 9030 and 9040 from Tuesday, May 27th through Wednesday, May 28th.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that Occupants:
· Be aware of your surroundings and follow safety protocols.
· Avoid the areas where window cleaning is in progress.
· Traffic control will be implemented to guide you.
· Do not enter restricted zones. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited in these areas.
