Stay informed with operations updates impacting buildings and shared spaces across the UA Tech Park. These updates include scheduled maintenance, emergency shutdowns and public service advisories which may temporarily affect access to certain areas or services.
Window Washing | 01/07/2026 - 01/14/2026
Please be advised:
Please be advised that window washing will occur on the exterior of buildings 9030, 9032 and 9040 from Wednesday, January 7th through Wednesday January 14th.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that Occupants:
· Be aware of your surroundings and follow safety protocols.
· Avoid the areas where window cleaning is in progress.
· Traffic control will be implemented to guide you.
· Do not enter restricted zones. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited in these areas.

Crane Operations at 9070 | 12/20/2025
Starting at 7:00 AM, December 20, 2025 there will be a crane operating off of the southwest corner of building 9070. Tenants have indicated that they will vacate the building as needed during this time. Signs and barricades will be placed around the building and at building exit points to direct potential traffic. Please be mindful of workers and equipment in the area and observe any area blocked off with signs, cones, or barricades.
