Pressure Washing and Painting Spine Lines | 09/12/26 and 09/19/26
Please be advised:
Contract Operator will have contractors performing work along the spine Saturday September 12, 2026 and September 19, 2026 from 6am-5pm.
During this time, the contractor will be pressure washing and painting the yellow lines along the spine. Access along the spine will be limited while this work is being performed.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that Occupants:
- Be aware of your surroundings and follow safety protocols.
- Avoid the areas where work is in progress.

Asphalt Repair Ops Advisory | 08/23/26 - 09/03/26
Weather permitting, On August 23, 2026 through September 3, 2026 Contract
Operator, Jacobs CO, will be performing asphalt maintenance on the 9060/9070 Access Drive and the 9030/9040 Access Drive. During this time, the indicated drives and parking lots will be closed. Please be aware, drive slowly, do not walk through work areas, note alternate routes and note alternate parking.
Do not walk or drive through any barricaded work area. The closures apply to both
pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Fresh asphalt, construction equipment, uneven surfaces,
and active work operations present significant safety hazards.
Follow all posted signs, detours, and instructions from onsite personnel, and use only designated alternate routes and parking locations.
Asphalt work requires favorable weather conditions for applications to set
properly. The listed date may have to be adjusted to accommodate weather conditions.
Occupants should plan their work schedules accordingly.
Please be mindful of workers and equipment in the area and observe any area blocked off with signs, cones, or barricades.

Potable Water Shutdown | 08/23/26
Please be advised that Contract Operator will be conducting a potable water
shutdown on Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The
potable water shutdown will impair hand-washing, utility and drinking water
supply in buildings 9020, 9022, 9030, 9032, 9040, 9042, 9052, 9060, 9062,
9070 and 9072. Hand Washing stations will be available, see map below for
locations.
Please be aware of workers along the spine areas. Do not enter restricted zones.
Unauthorized personnel are prohibited in these areas.
