Stay informed with operations updates impacting buildings and shared spaces across the UA Tech Park. These updates include scheduled maintenance, emergency shutdowns and public service advisories which may temporarily affect access to certain areas or services.
Tree Work | 06/10/26 - 06/19/26
Please be advised:
Contract Operator will be conducting tree maintenance/removal operations beginning Wednesday June 10-19, 2026 in various locations throughout the Tech Park.
Scope of Work
- Tree trimming and/or removal
- Brush and debris cleanup
- Equipment staging and operation
- Traffic and pedestrian control as required
Operational Impacts
- Temporary lane closures or restricted access may be in effect.
- Increased equipment and personnel activity in the work area.
- Intermittent noise from chainsaws, chippers, and heavy equipment.
- Parking restrictions may be implemented near the work zone.
Safety Information
- Maintain a safe distance from all active work areas and equipment.
- Follow all posted signs, barricades, and instructions from crew members.
- Do not enter designated work zones unless authorized.
- Expect brief delays when traveling through the area.

Cross Spine Abandoned Pipe Removal | 05/30/26 - 05/31/26
Contract Operator will be removing abandoned pipe in the Cross Spine and South of the Cross Spine.
Work is planned for Saturday, May 30, 2026 and Sunday, May 31, 2026 is scheduled to take place between 5:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.
During this time, the Cross Spine/Spine intersection will be closed to both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. In addition, parts of the Spine and Cross Spine will also be closed.
Occupants must plan their navigation around the demolition areas and use caution along haul routes.
North Rita Exit Gate Closure | 03/06/26 - 03/07/26
Please be advised that work will be performed on light poles Friday March 6th and Saturday March 7th at the North Rita Road gate. Please use the South Rita Gate while work is being performed. The North Rita Gate exit will be closed on Friday, and the entrance will be constricted on Saturday.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that Occupants:
- Be aware of your surroundings and follow safety protocols.
- Avoid the areas where work is in progress.
- Traffic control will be implemented to guide you.
- Do not enter restricted zones. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited in these areas.
