Advisories
Stay informed with operations updates impacting buildings and shared spaces across the UA Tech Park. These updates include scheduled maintenance, emergency shutdowns and public service advisories which may temporarily affect access to certain areas or services.
Science Park Drive Lane Restriction | 09/28/26
A portion of the eastbound lane of Science Park Drive will be closed on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 06:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for some paving repairs. Traffic will be restricted to one late through the affected area.
Flagmen will direct alternating eastbound and westbound traffic through the westbound lane. Motorists should expect minor delays, reduce speed, and follow all posted signage and flag-man instructions.
Access to the Tech Park, Vail Academy & High School, and the Solar Zone will remain available. Please allow extra travel time and use caution in the area.

Window Washing | 09/23/26 - 09/25/26
Please be advised:
Tech Parks Arizona will have contractors washing the windows of buildings 9052 and 9060 on September 23, 2026 through September 25, 2026.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that Occupants:
- Be aware of your surroundings and follow safety protocols.
- Avoid the areas where work is in progress.
Pressure Washing and Painting Spine Lines | 09/12/26 and 09/19/26
Please be advised:
Contract Operator will have contractors performing work along the spine Saturday September 12, 2026 and September 19, 2026 from 6am-5pm.
During this time, the contractor will be pressure washing and painting the yellow lines along the spine. Access along the spine will be limited while this work is being performed.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that Occupants:
- Be aware of your surroundings and follow safety protocols.
- Avoid the areas where work is in progress.
