Advisories
Stay informed with operations updates impacting buildings and shared spaces across the UA Tech Park. These updates include scheduled maintenance, emergency shutdowns and public service advisories which may temporarily affect access to certain areas or services.
Window Washing Monday December, 15 - Friday December 19
Please be advised that window washing will occur on the exterior of buildings 9020,
9022, 9030, 9032, 9040, 9042, 9052, 9062, 9070, and 9072 from Monday, December 15th through Friday, December 19th.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that Occupants:
- Be aware of your surroundings and follow safety protocols.
- Avoid the areas where window cleaning is in progress.
- Traffic control will be implemented to guide you.
- Do not enter restricted zones. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited in
these areas.

Asphalt Repair | 11/29/2025 - 12/08/2025
Please be advised:
Weather permitting, Saturday, November 29, through December 8 Contract Operator, Jacobs CO, will be performing asphalt maintenance on Science Park Drive along the Kolb Road Entrance, on the Roadway to Building 9016, in parking Lot 6, and the drive east of Lot 5.
During this time, the parking Lots and Drives indicated must be blocked off according to the following schedule:
- Science Park Drive along the Kolb Road Entrance – November 29and 30 – A detour will be in place around the work area.
- 9016 Drive – November 30 – The drive will be closed, December 1 – Areas will be blocked off until painting is complete.
- Southeast part of Lot 6 – Closed December 1stto December 4th.
- The drive east of Lot 5 – Closed December 2ndand December 3rd.
- 9016 Drive (Weather Back up to November 30) – December 7 – The drive will be closed, December 8 – Areas will be blocked off until painting is complete.
Parts of Lot 6 will remain open for parking.

Asphalt maintenance requires favorable weather conditions for applications to set properly. The listed date may have to be adjusted to accommodate weather conditions.
Parking in non-paved areas is not permitted. Please adhere to all “No Parking” posts and signs. Site Security will be patrolling and enforcing compliance in these restricted areas. Occupants should plan their work schedules, routes, and alternate parking locations accordingly.
Please be mindful of workers and equipment in the area and observe any area blocked off with signs, cones, or barricades.

9020 Roof Recoat Project | 11/6/2025 - 12/12/2025
Please be advised:
Beginning the morning of November 6, 2025, through approximately December 12, 2025, contractors will be performing roof cleaning & recoating of building 9020. There will be service vehicles moving and parking along the north side of the building throughout the duration of the project. Be mindful of workers and equipment in the area and observe any areas that are blocked off with signs, cones, or barricades.
