  3. Advance and accelerate technology innovation and commercialization with Tech Launch Arizona.
  4. Develop, operate, and maintain the Parks efficiently and cost-effectively for financial self-sufficiency.
  5. Develop the Parks in a sustainable manner that is sensitive to the Sonoran Desert environment.
  6. Develop the Parks in a manner that is compatible with and mindful of the community and adjacent neighborhoods.
  7. Engage the community in meaningfully.so that the Parks contribute to the community’s cultural, social, and economic well-being.
