If you’re new to UA Tech Park and have badge-related questions, start by contacting your supervisor. They will submit a request on your behalf via badging@uatechpark.org. After your request is processed, you’ll receive instructions on how to obtain your badge and access key areas on campus. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

Yes, UA Tech Park prioritizes safety and has security personnel on-site 24/7 to respond to any immediate security concerns. In addition, EMTs and paramedics are available on campus from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day to handle any medical emergencies. For after-hours medical emergencies, security is always on hand to assist and coordinate with local emergency services. 

UA Tech Park offers a diverse range of spaces, including Class A office suites, R&D facilities, and flexible workspaces. Move-in ready options are available, featuring thousands of square feet of fully furnished office space, open floor plans and robust telecommunications infrastructure. The UA Tech Park has robust laboratory offerings including BSL-2 facilities, wet chemistry benches with fume hoods, dry lab facilities and a prototyping center. Growing businesses have access to a lab manager and a range of equipment providing companies the opportunity to research, develop prototypes and demonstrate their products. Science-based business opportunities span from “renting a bench” to leasing a private lab. Our laboratory is GLP-qualified (Good Lab Practices) which ensures that lab standards and equipment are of the highest caliber

UA Tech Park provides a range of office spaces for lease, ideal for everything from back-office functions to engineering and design work. These spaces are move-in ready, offering flexible layouts, ample square footage, furnished interiors, strong telecommunications infrastructure, and access to outdoor common areas for collaboration and relaxation.
