Enjoy a rotating selection of local food trucks onsite every other Thursday from 11 AM – 1 PM. Find them on the lawn between Buildings 9030 and 9040, adjacent to Parking Lot #2. It’s the perfect mid-day break—grab a bite and enjoy the fresh air without leaving the park.

Gigi’s Mexican Peruvian Fusion is a Tucson-based food truck blending Mexican and Peruvian flavors in dishes like Carne Asada Fries with Chimichurri and Avocado-Jalapeño Salsas, Hearty Chaufa Fried Rice, and Rich Barbacoa Melts with Melted Monterrey Cheese and Savory Gravy.

Gelu Italian Ice began back in January 2013, in Grand Junction, Colorado a charming town known for juicy peaches, snowy peaks, and now, the coolest dessert in town. Armed with cherished family recipes, one small-batch freezer, and a pair of lime-green pushcarts, Gelu rolled onto the scene with a plan as bold as it was simple: free samples for all! The crowds went crazy for Gelu, lining up in a frenzy for that first frosty bite. That’s when we knew… Gelu was a sensation here to stay.
