These directions take you to the Tech Parks Arizona office in Building 9070, Suite 1750. To visit a specific company, please contact the company for directions within the Park and for parking information.
- From the University of Arizona
- Go south on N. Campbell Avenue, which turns into S. Kino Parkway.
- Take I-10 east towards El Paso and travel approximately 13 miles.
- Take Exit 273, Rita Road.
- Make a left at the Rita Road stop sign and head north.
- Turn left at Science Park Drive.
- You will pass an unmanned guard station; continue traveling past this to the 4-way stop sign.
- Head straight after stopping at the stop sign, do not turn.
- At the first left, park in the visitor lot identified by a blue light pole banner that reads “Lot 6.”
- Tech Parks Arizona is located on the first floor of Building 9070, Suite 1750.
- From Tucson International Airport
- Exit the airport and travel north on Tucson Boulevard.
- Take a right on Valencia Road and travel east.
- Take I-10 east towards El Paso.
- Take Exit 273, Rita Road.
- Make a left at the Rita Road stop sign and head north.
- Turn left at Science Park Drive.
- You will pass an unmanned guard station; continue traveling past this to the 4-way stop sign.

- From Tucson’s east side
- Take Kolb Road south past Valencia Road.
- Make a left into the UA Tech Park at the large blue sign that reads “The UA Tech Park.”
- Travel about 1.5 miles. You will pass an unmanned guard station; continue traveling past this to the 4-way stop sign.
- At the 4-way stop sign, make the first right onto Ring Road.
- Continue traveling forward to a 4-way stop sign.
- Make a left after stopping at the stop sign.
- At the first left, park in the visitor lot identified by a blue light pole banner that reads “Lot 6.”
- Tech Parks Arizona is located on the first floor of Building 9070, Suite 1750.
