The Refinery
The Refinery is a multi-tenant building ideal for small to mid-sized tech-focused businesses and organizations looking to co-locate with the University of Arizona’s expertise. It serves as the University of Arizona’s innovation and commercialization hub creating a centralized location that bridges resources and accelerates the most promising inventions.

Mission Integration Lab
The University of Arizona’s Mission Integration Lab (MIL) supports balloon-borne astronomy missions that bridge the gap between ground-based observatories and space telescopes. By launching instruments to near-space altitudes, MIL enables space-like observations at a fraction of the cost and time of orbital missions—while also serving as a testbed for the next generation of space technologies.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott
Located in the heart of the UA Tech Park at The Bridges, SpringHill Suites by Marriott offers an ideal stay for business travelers, visiting teams, and collaborators. This all-suite hotel enhances productivity and connection with 126 spacious suites, flexible meeting spaces, complimentary Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, fitness center, and on-site food and beverage service—including a bar—all just steps from where innovation happens.

Arizona Public Media
Arizona Public Media (AZPM) is constructing the Paul and Alice Baker Center for Public Media at the University of Arizona Tech Park at The Bridges. This state-of-the-art, 61,500-square-foot facility will feature advanced production and broadcast technology, enhanced community engagement spaces, and upgraded infrastructure to support 4K HDR television and next-generation broadcast standards. Designed to better serve Southern Arizona, the center will also provide expanded opportunities for University of Arizona students and foster deeper community connections.
