Behind the Bridges

The UA Tech Park encompasses 65 acres in central Tucson is part of “The Bridges,” a larger multi-use development. The 350-acre multi-use development has four main property owners:

Developing innovative corporate and university spaces that foster collaboration and technology advancement.

Developing residential and commercial space as well as a community park. 

Developing retail and amenities such as entertainment, restaurant, and service companies. 

Land reserved for open spaces including parks and recreational amenities.

Located in an Opportunity Zone

Opportunity Zones are designated areas aimed at boosting economic growth in underserved communities through tax incentives. By investing capital gains into Qualified Opportunity Funds, investors can defer taxes and, over time, reduce or even eliminate them. Long-term investments in these zones may become entirely tax-free after 10 years.
