Marc Kinseth is the Project Manager for Construction and Facilities overseeing new construction, renovation and maintenance projects for Tech Parks Arizona which includes the UA Tech Park, UA Tech Park at The Bridges, and the UA Center for Innovation. He manages projects from conception to completion overseeing design, budgeting, estimating, procurement, scheduling, cost control and overall construction.
Kinseth brings over 40 years of extensive construction experience including field work, estimating, budgeting, project management, procurement, and executive-level management. His portfolio includes projects that span multiple sectors including healthcare, higher education, bio-pharmaceutical, industrial, military, commercial and residential.
He is active with the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Kinseth is a dynamic volunteer in the Tucson community serving as a member of the DM 50 providing support to Davis Monthan Air Force Base and military families, as well as The New Centurions of Tucson, and the Tucson Conquistadores, providing support to the youth of Tucson and other local non-profit organizations.
He earned his BS in Construction Engineering with a mechanical emphasis from Iowa State University.
