Dave Brown is the Project Manager for Construction and Facilities overseeing new construction, renovation and maintenance projects for Tech Parks Arizona which includes the UA Tech Park, UA Tech Park at The Bridges, and the UA Center for Innovation. He manages projects from conception to completion overseeing design, budgeting, estimating, procurement, scheduling, cost control and overall construction.
Dave has over 25 years of extensive construction experience including budgeting, estimating, project management, procurement. His portfolio includes projects that span multiple sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, bio-pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial.
He has been an active member with the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) for over 15 years, including serving on the board of the local chapter for 5 years, and serving as their president from 2019-2020. Dave has also been active with the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) and has completed their Project Management Development and Leadership Development Programs.
