Monica is a communications professional working in the Communications & Employee Relations Department at Citi. She works in Building 9060 and has been working at Citi in the Tech Park since 2014. She began her career at Citi as Collections agent, and has changed roles several times since, and always with a focus on the highest standards of customer care. Monica has a Bachelors in accounting from the University of Arizona with a minor in Studio Art, both of which she utilizes in her current role. She is responsible for Citi’s robust volunteer program, managing a portfolio of 40 community partners and more than 20,000 hours of service. She oversees Citi’s local platform for contributions and sponsorships as well as planning of Citi events while promoting a positive employee culture. Monica loves working at the Tech Park because she is able to walk on her breaks along the Spine and enjoy the beautiful Tech Park campus. In her free time away from work, Monica enjoys painting, reading, and getting addicted to nerdy TV shows. “Live long and prosper” is not just a favorite quote, but a guiding principal for Monica. She and her husband enjoy frequenting estate sales and exploring outdoors via hiking or biking.
