Tech Parks Arizona announces that Nicola Esposito, Marketing Specialist, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Ben’s Bells, a Tucson-founded nonprofit dedicated to inspiring kindness and strengthening communities through education, programs and art. Through its programs, Ben’s Bells has reached millions of people locally and globally, inspiring individuals to recognize and act on opportunities to spread kindness in their daily lives. Esposito will support the organization’s mission through her experience in marketing, design and community engagement.
Esposito’s appointment carries a personal connection to Ben’s Bells that makes this appointment especially meaningful. “I found two bells at significant moments in my life, one the day before her daughter was born and the second on my first day of work at Tech Parks Arizona. Both discoveries deepened my connection to the Tucson community and reinforced my belief that when kindness shows up in everyday life, the impact is profound,” expressed Esposito. The bell she found on her first day of work hangs in her office where it continues to inspire her and serves as a daily reminder of Ben’s Bells’ mission and values.
Ben’s Bells was founded in 2003 to encourage intentional acts of kindness in everyday life. Ben’s Bells offers educational programs for schools, community initiatives, and hands-on art projects that engage children and adults in creating and sharing ceramic bells. Each bell serves as a reminder of the power of kindness to transform lives and build stronger, more connected communities.
In her professional role, Esposito supports Tech Parks Arizona as Marketing Specialist, assisting the Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communications to advance the brand of Tech Parks Arizona by executing marketing strategies.
