The Bridges

Parks_Bio_Bridges The UA Tech Park at The Bridges is part of Tucson’s newest and most innovative mixed-use developments – The Bridges. At build-out, this dynamic community will include sophisticated biotechnology office and laboratory space, a regional shopping center, and residential development.

The partners in The Bridges include the University of Arizona, Retail West/Eastbourne Investment, and 5151 East, a joint venture of KB Home and Lennar Homes. In addition to the 65-acre Tech Park, The Bridges includes 112 acres of retail development and 175 acres of residential development.

Costco and Walmart anchor the retail component, known as Tucson Marketplace at The Bridges. Future plans call for additional retail offerings and a movie theater complex.

This regional shopping center will both complement the high-technology companies at the Park and provide employment opportunities to the surrounding community.

Tech Parks Arizona creates interactive ground, which generates, attracts and supports technology companies and talent in alignment with the goals of the University of Arizona.
