Celebrating the 2026 Women of the UA Tech Park

At the UA Tech Park, we celebrate the women whose curiosity, leadership and creativity fuel a thriving ecosystem of innovation. Every day, women across our campus push the boundaries of what is possible as they advance research, build companies, lead teams, and strengthen the collaborative spirit that defines our community.

From fast growing startups to established technology leaders, the women of the UA Tech Park are shaping the future of Southern Arizona through innovation, creativity and impact. Their leadership sparks new ideas and strengthens our community through mentorship, inclusivity, partnership building, and a shared commitment to purpose driven collaboration that defines the culture of the UA Tech Park.

Throughout the month of March, in recognition of International Women's Month, we are proud to feature the photos and individual stories of the women of the UA Tech Park. These stories highlight their experiences, achievements, and the many paths that bring them to our community.
