Too often in life we find ourselves stressed out. We’re always thinking about a deadline, our to-do list for tomorrow, or about something from last week. Technology and distractions make it difficult for us to relax and enjoy the present moment. There is a better way to live and on August 15th we’re here to help! Hannah Nimrichter is a Supervisor at OptumRx in the Customer Service Department.   She has been with the organization 5 years.  She started at OptumRx in July 2013, as a Customer Service Advocate.  She was promoted to Supervisor in November 2014.  Hannah has 15 years of leadership experience and a passion for coaching.  At OptumRx, Hannah  leads a committee called the DREAM Team which has a mission to improve the site’s culture.  They accomplish this by celebrating customer service advocates and their success, as well as recognizing those who demonstrate OptumRx’s Core Values.  Whether at work or home, she strives to be a positive force and encourage others to have an attitude of gratitude.  During her free time, Hannah is in a bowling league and enjoys attending her 14 year old daughter’s soccer games with her husband.
