SBIR/STTR Summit

The Federal funding programs Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR), provide over $2.6 billion each year for R&D to qualified small businesses. Over $41 million went to Arizona-based companies in 2017. These grants can provide non-dilutive funding that can bring both capital and opens doors. SBIR STTR Summit 2019-Final.png

The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) provides grant funding and other resources to small and innovative companies in Arizona to assist in commercialization.

The University of Arizona has several programs to fund and support bringing research into the market.
