Hundreds of Tucsonans March to Honor the Life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, hundreds of people marched from the UA Tech Park to Reid Park to honor the life of the civil rights leader.

Participants gathered on MLK, Jr. Way between Kino Parkway and Park Avenue this morning and walked more than two miles to the Reid Park celebration.

The annual event is meaningful to people of all ages who are inspired by the work and dream of Martin Luther King Jr.
